Key areas of responsibility: Providing individualized/customized sales presentations of high-standard professional level for customers over the phone. Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization. Updating the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales goals. Conduct consumer prospect end-user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solutions. Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed. Develop solid working relationships with the Language Center director(s) to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities. Complete sales reports as needed to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, consumer prospect end-user interviews, and sales. Facilitate the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends. Responsible for company pages on social media, responding to clients and collecting relevant data for related reports. Working conditions: Work Location: Nasr City Days off: 1 Working hours: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM OR 12:00 PM-8:00 PM (Rotational)
