Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video..etc) Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date. Collaborate with other departments (guest relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Follow up the online orders and make the outbound calls when needed Respond, transfer and follow up the online complains/requests Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
