Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge.
