2 days week off fri and sat To implement HR strategies and execute organizational development by creating clear job descriptions, benefits programs and performance management system Administer the Recruitment Process by following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs. Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions make a performance appraisal , kpi Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service. Oversees all HR functions including Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, etc Support the HR Function in organizational analysis such as process analysis, responsibilities assignment, sizing & workforce planning. Recruitment experience both managerial white-collar positions and blue-collar employees Strong experience about compensation and benefits, managing employee budget of the organization Performance management system experience is required Organizational development, career planning and training programs development know how is also requires Strong legislation knowledge for employee records, payroll, hiring process and labor relations including blue collar Strong communication skills and outstanding leadership will be strong asset Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes. personnal and payroll functions finger print knowledge
