a. Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and payment is received accordingly. Strong relationship and communication with our shipping company’s account manager will be required. b. Answer all daily questions received through social media (Facebook, Instagram) c. Answer all email inquiries received entailing customer inquiries and issues d. Answer all phone call inquiries received on a daily basis e. Place orders in our system for customers wanting to order through Instagram or Facebook direct messages or even phone calls f. initiate and process all exchange orders for customers and effectively communicate them with our warehouse staff. g. Conduct follow up calls with our customers to issue feedback on our products and overall service etc. Position Starts March 2020
