Create an annual/ semi-annual financial budget for the company with the General Manager and senior managers. Support the general manager in financial related matters as required. Manage monthly closing procedures and create monthly financial reports. Prepare and monitor periodic financial analysis reports such as receivable aging, margins by profit center, profit margins by product/ service category Manage the finance team to accurately record of all accounting transactions. Coordinate with IT to ensure proper reconciliation of sub-modules reports and general ledger. Create and implement payables and receivables policies & procedures and track collection or receivables. Create and implement fixed assets policies & procedures and track utilization. Conduct detailed financial studies and financial analysis reports for all new projects to assess their feasibility. Manage relationships with banks, bank credit facilities, cash management. Arrange for debt & equity funding as needed by the business for the short and long term through banks and/ or other financial institutions in coordination with the Group CFO.
