About the Job Perform accurate research and analysis. Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned. Take dictation, write, handle and prioritize internal and external incoming and out coming correspondence. Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports. Daily record keeping and filing of documents. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately. Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use. Operate and maintain office equipment. Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements. Professionally greet and receive guests and clients. Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. Attend meetings and keep minutes Make travel arrangements for executives Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
