Job Description: Training management; coordinates all training venue with trainers and trainees; schedules, location, date, time, material, and attendance. Training measurement; Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the database. Training materials; manage course material production, distribution, and update. Training Delivery; Assist in conducting soft skills sessions and inductions and provide support for trainees and ensure potential problems are addressed rapidly. Training Logistics: Meeting with vendors for the logistical tasks. Trainer administration – pre-and post-course trainer management including booking in and managing delivery dates, trainers’ travel and special requirements. Delegate management; Registration process, pre-and-post course communication, preparing delegate lists, certificates. Perform other duties as assigned in support of project objectives and goals. Assist with instructional design activities, such as Developing and implementing procedures for identifying training and development needs (TNA). Other Responsibilities: Venue logistics; Coordinate venue, accommodation, hotels, training setup and all event material needs with events coordinator. Work on training materials as a need to support trainers and designers. Working Conditions: The Training Coordinator works in office and event environment.
