Job description: In conference sales, your role will involve selling stand space to exhibitors, either by telephone or face-to-face. Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads Ensuring inquiries become confirmed business Up-selling where possible Producing written quotations and confirmation Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business Engagement of clients through seasonal greets etc.… Dress Code: Formal Suit Working Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 Working days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday ( sometimes the weekend and there will be financial compensation ) Reports: Reservation report submitted daily Report of all requirements per event Quotations to be approved by accounting before submitting
