Tasks : Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing employees to be hired. Create structural hierarchy for all employees in the workplace. Interpret what each employee role is and how to strategically manage their tasks Administrate and document 1) absences, 2) tardiness (employees coming late and leaving early), 3) performance reports , 4- KPI Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
