Responsible for creating, implementing & delivering training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization. Advising students on career issues. Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students. Evaluating a students' class work and assignments. Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts. Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades. Classroom management. Maintaining discipline in the classroom. Following up on the assigned paper work (timeline cards, attendance, and feedback sheets) Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere Checking progress with students and giving feedbacks. Preparing new ideas and activities to be done in classes. Help students learn English grammar, pronunciation and conversational skills. Improve the English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills of students. Conducting Placement Tests, if needed.
