Co-ordination between different Parties inside & outside the company Monitor, asses and enhance different company procedures To insure that the company Statement of work is applied To keep a comprehensive filing system (Hard & Soft) To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned Follow-up of company operations Tracking of action plans Plan messengers movement Recording of company expenses & purchases in Excel sheets and Software application Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Attend regular meetings and provide the Minutes of meetings in order to be discussed with different sections inside the company to improve the overall performance
