Job Duties: 1- Trigger opportunities in the market: Scan the market and unveil the hidden opportunities and assess any risk occur. Track leads and prospects accounts and assess their potential. Monitor competitors and understand their products and differentiate between our competitive advantages and theirs 2- Open new B2B leads, prospects and accounts: Make calls and send emails to get meetings with account’s representative. Meet prospects and assess their needs and the potential to build business relationship with them. Demonstrate and present organization’s products, services and values to the prospects. 3- Communication with Accounts’ representatives: Receive calls and answer their inquiries and solve their problems. Manage different communication channels emails/meetings. 4- Proactively and regularly communicate with account’s representative to: Get their feedback of our products after purchasing. Assess new requirements they may ask soon. Inform them about new products. Congratulate them in public occasions like feasts, new year … etc. Congratulate them for any announced achievement they have achieved. Congratulate them in their personal occasions like birthdays.
