A customer service/telesales, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information for calling customers (existing or potential) inquiring about our announced travel packages and be persuasive enough to convince them to join the offered packages. The best candidates are genuinely excited to help customers. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate with in-house Travel Agents if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer inquiries. The target is to ensure excellent communication & presentation of offered packages to turn the received calls from customers into SALES. Manage large amounts of incoming and follow-up calls in a timely manner. Cooperate with clients to determine their travel needs and reply to all related inquiries about the destination, travel dates, visa procedures, accommodations, trip detailed itinerary, and convince them to join the offered trips. Build sustainable relationships and follow up with customers to meet their current & future travel needs. Provide & present relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, process customer accounts and file documents. Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds. Follow up on payments & handling related paperwork (visa/tickets/receipts) Report daily updates to the marketing & operation teams about sales activity to take the necessary actions for execution (flights, hotels, visa). Meet profit and sales targets for each trip to receive travel incentives Expected promotions in the future will open the doors for you to work in the travel & tourism services (flights, hotels, travel agent, outbound operations, etc).
