Primary point of contact for reported call center issues, hardware/software problems Office 365 Management and support Should be available for remote support/assistance whenever it required during off working hours or holidays. First point of contact for Avaya and coordinate with Avaya team in case of any technical issues. Managing or generating different reports/customization for management/clients as requested. Training new employees in EMR, Email or any software or hardware used in business. Handling IT procurement based on budget and business needs Submitting ticket with different technology partners, vendors or service providers in case of any technical issues and coordinating with them to solve issues based on priorities. Implementing, following IT security policies and guidelines. Tracking and maintaining all IT inventory.
