We're hiring an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative for our Misr Al Gedida office. Our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will be a key contributor to growing our business and will work very closely with our vendors, sales and product management team. Responsibilities: Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers. Field calls and E-mails of customer inquiries. Assist with returns and the RMA process as needed. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery of all packages. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and knowledge. Demonstrate knowledge of computer components to assist customers with technical questions as needed
