To coordinate with all sections the planning and budgeting criteria of the department to ensure that the department has all necessary resources and plans to enable the achievement of objectives and performance indicators.

Compiles and prepares department’s budget /operating plan, manpower, and related documents to ensure departmental planning and development of KPIs.

Assists and advises all sections in budget preparation, AFE procedures and budget control administration to ensure accuracy and unify procedures.
