• Responsible to apply B&F procedures related to equipment  
•  Check and report for improper food storage
•  Check and report for poor personal hygiene
•  Check and report for poor kitchen sanitation
•  Check and confirm tenants empty grease traps frequently and use de-greaser on equipment
•  Check and report for kitchen cleaning check list
•  Check and report about chemical use and storage
•  Check and report for house keeping in kitchens and stores.
