Overview:

To ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions and reporting of accounting activities in compliance with the internal policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible of the monthly closings and journal entries in order to generate concise and standardized accounting statements.
• Responsible of the financial reconciliation of specific accounts (e.g., accrual expenses, provisions) to ensure adequacy and accuracy of all financial data.
• Report ongoing accounting activities to direct manager in order to inform on activity status.
• Assist in activities pertaining to collating and reviewing account payables and account receivables to keep track of transactions.
• Carry out data entry of all invoices related to expenses / accounts ensuring proper documentation and approvals in order to keep the books up to date and process payments for due invoices.
• Keep track of payments, so that payments are made in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process petty cash entries for all functions by providing and logging cash advances up to certain limits so that employees have the financial resources to work more effectively.
• Issue bills and invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage accounts receivable ensuring the effective monitoring of all cash inflow through efficient reporting in financial statements.
