General Responsibilities:Student Recruitment Manager will be, first and foremost, accountable for attracting top, profile-fit students to enroll at the University of Hertfordshire in Egypt through direct outreach efforts.Duties:Build a database of schools that meet the university’s core profile.Utilize and develop strong relationships with school owners, counselors, and key decisions. makers to give us access to prospective students and their families.Set goals for the student recruitment team for school outreach and conversion.Select and manage the relationship with a selected number of university recruitment agencies. to expand our recruitment efforts and maximize our reach.Lead efforts to ideate and create student recruitment programs through different channels (face-to-face, digital, and more).Lead efforts to design and develop high quality materials and content to support our student recruitment efforts.Liaise with the different academic departments to engage them in our school outreach efforts.
