Participate in Identification, Assessment and Validation of automation projectsParticipate in Preparation of project analysis documentation and solution design documentationDelivering automation projects based on the tools and technologies in projects scopeSupport other team members to complete projects on schedule and adherence to engineering processes such as code reviews, source control, unit testing, use case analysis, defect management and any other best practicesProvide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAsSupporting the Implementation Lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored Framework that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes within the companyMentoring colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniquesProviding architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company’s delivery teamsIdentifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibilityAnalyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where requiredIdentifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirementsDesigning automation business process solutions in accordance with standard vendors design principles and conventionsLead a team of RPA Developers between 2 to 10 based on the projects in scopeAccountable and Responsible for the RPA support policies and standardsAccountable for the customer process controller trainingAccountable for the resolution of all the customers incidents and questions related to live processesAccountable and responsible for the quality of delivered RPA processes to Advansys customersProvide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAsParticipate in the preparation and/or review of projects analysis documentation and operations handbook guidesSupport sales and pre-sales teams in RPA proposals by providing technical information and processes estimationsSupport the sales cycle by presenting the RPA technology and benefits to technical teams and by presenting technical demos and PoCs whenever requiredAs responsible for the RPA support, will be also responsible for maintaining the successful relationship with existing and new RPA customers who has a support contractProvide support to sales account managers with potential ideas and areas of expansion in the customer automation journeyResponsible for frequent regular visits to existing customers to fulfill their questions and incidents in their live RPA processes
