General Job Purpose : Support the account manager by assisting through the internal procedures and processes. Responsibilities:· Study company products.· Get acquainted to present company profile and company presentations to clients.· Study projects specifications; get involved in project selection and write quotations under supervision of tender specialist.· Write compliance sheets under the supervision of the tender specialist.· Go for meetings with the account manager.· Study contracts and POS.· Assist in performing the full cycle of quotation, submitter, PO release, PO delivery, payment with client and the company procedures.· Provide support to the account manager.· Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.· Submit meeting forms.· Attend all company training and be prepared with questions especially manufacturers presentations.
