Project Planner for Ashghal and Kahramaa projects involving the construction and maintenance of Water/Sewerage/TSE/Stormwater networks

NOTE: Due to COVID19 travel restrictions, only candidates residing locally in Qatar shall be considered for this position

• Scheduling / planning of project activities 
• Preparation of baseline program and Work Breakdown Structure
• Preparation of manpower & cost histogram with respect to productivity norms
• Planning schedule for submission of drawings & material submittals
• Prepare material procurement schedule in line with baseline program & coordination with Design Engineer and suppliers
• EOT program with respect to Client requirements
• Histogram and S curve (cash flow charts)
• Fortnightly and monthly program report
• Look ahead schedule, earner value and forecast reports
