Main task:

·       Managing and driving the medical field force to deliver business target volume

·       Ensure the proper level of performance of every team member as per business KPIs

·       Managing the execution of different marketing programs and activations through the deployed team

·       Building and updating customer lists and daily plans for MSRs

·       Developing and managing long term engagement with KOLs (key opinion leaders) in his assigned area

·       Ensure the best deployment of medical field force for optimum ROI

·       Driving medical expenses as per agreed budget to ensure the best ROI

·       Cooperating with the commercial team to deliver business objectives

·       Submitting daily, weekly and monthly relevant reports on timely basis as per business KPIs

·       Working with senior management to build annual business plans to achieve business targets

·       Driving field force development and assessment through day to day coaching

·       Deliver the role model in terms of ethical and technical performance to the field force
