Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquires and to ensure that each request is handled with due care and attention.
- Ensure service levels abide by the overall service quality standards set for business lines served by the Team.
- Receive, log, and solve customers’ issues and complaints and forward the Customer Complaints to upper manager.
- Fully responsible of the live chat functionality and respond to customers in professional manner.
