Responsibilities Include:

•Apply your knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
•Serve as Tier 3 support for technical escalation of application and software issues
•Be a generalizing specialist that primarily contributes technical expertise in the execution of production-grade operations, as well as eager to contribute in other areas your (agile) team needs help with to succeed
•Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.
•Troubleshoot production data and performance issues in all tiers of an N-tier architecture
•Establish and implement operational best practices and procedures
•Maintain monitoring tools
•Write and update technical documentation such as SOP, Policies…
•Support System testing and post deployment activities for assigned applications
•Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take actions to resolve
