• Source senior level, highly specialized candidates from local and international markets for various technical roles.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best quality candidates are presented to meet the position requirements.
• Consult and liaise with department heads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates and design the  overall hiring strategies and tailor the hiring approach accordingly.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with department heads on future hiring needs.
• Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
• Build and develop the candidate portfolio for each role.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Conduct job and task analysis to document job duties and requirements.
• Generate new leads using the network of contacts.
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
• Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
• Work closely with experienced consultants to facilitate the recruitments.
• Prepare, research, map and identify top talent in the market.
• Provide efficient support to the department head and be available for ad hoc duties as/if needed.
• Research Insights & collate data on trends and provide proficient analytics.
• Work Closely with the Chief of HR to support the organization’s recruitment requirements
