Recently Multicare Poland has been launched which will be the entry port of the business to the European Union (EU).VACANCY:We are hiring a R & D (Formulation) Section Head to join the R & D Team as per the following details:Designation: R & D Section HeadLocation: 3rd Settlement, New Cairo, Kattamia (Industrial Area), Cairo.Reporting: Research and Development ManagerGrade:rS01/rS03A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drive product development from concept to final launch, including technical and process detailsResponsible for leading and overall coordination of different drug development projects based on sound science and quality risk managementCompare different formulations, for the same Pharmaceutical Product, during the Pharmaceutical Products' development and upon storage, is performed to choose the proper formulation for each Pharmaceutical ProductMaintain the confidentiality of data & company documents in R&DMotivate, develop, and train staff to reach desired production and quality goals.Entail developing high quality robust products and processes that are scalable, stable and bioequivalent to the Reference ProductTrack, analyze, and control costs, schedule, quality, and customer satisfactionReport on project status, communicates any issues, problems or additional information to project team and management along with recommendations of solutionsDeveloping prototypes for range of products based on company's technologyBe an expert resource and consultant for other members of team both intra- and inter-departmentalPrepare and present results to internal and external groupsWork with others within a matrix organizationUse technology learning to build predictive models for application in drug formulation/enhancement initiativesProvide overall management and leadership to R & D Specialists and develop strategy, budgets, and ensuring complete integration of business and R&D plans and activitiesManage execution of projects to ensure delivery and readiness for commercializationChampion the technical design and development, evolution or acquisition of R&D Cross-Functional platforms; direct and influence standards and guidance to source system owners; ensures and experts integration with related functionsLead initial pilots to assess applicability of new approaches and/or solutions, when needed; manages and directs transition from experimentation/ piloting to production-readiness when applicable.Participate in managing and directing the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new productsIn coordination with superiors, develop and implement research and development procedures and techniquesAnalyze results and provide recommendations based on findings on formulationsParticipate in collecting date of process validation and cleaning validationCarry out literature reviews and researches, execute tasks in compliance with current prevailing guidelinesDevelop and set mechanism to ensure compliance of the Polices and vis-a-vis SOPsRespond to Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and actively engaged in investigating and solving production problems & customer complaintsMange pilot trials to find the best formulation for new products with recommendationEstablish and maintain a database of chemicals, samples & trials
