We are looking for a full-time friendly Call Center Agent who is fluent in English that can work remotely online from their own home. Someone who has the ability to learn quickly, communicate with customers, coordinate with team members and is efficient at multitasking. Bilingual with a stable internet connection and a working laptop. The work will be mainly to receive orders for restaurants and place it on the POS system that will also be connected to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)We are a busy growing team with a can-do attitude who place emphasis on teamwork and positive customer experience.You will need to have your own computer with an excellent internet connection speed. If selected, we will provide the necessary training and onboarding.
