Responsibilities:

Designing and delivering the shared services vision.

Oversee development of HR policies and strategies.

Managing the Financial and Management Accounting function.

Manage & lead all legal aspects, either internally or through a third party. 

Manage & Lead all internal IT aspects either Hardware or software.

Lead all Procurement activities with alignment with other divisions.
