The successful candidate shall be responsible for ensuring that the Development Team follows scrum framework values and Agile practices.ResponsibilitiesFacilitating and managing road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesHelping the Product Owner, Customer Success Team, and Development Team to achieve customer satisfactionLeading the Scrum Team in using Agile methodology and scrum practicesEnsuring cross-team coordinationResolving and supporting critical issues and ensuring issues are addressed in a timely mannerPreparing and delivering effective verbal and written communication regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholdersWorking with the team to identify the team’s capacity to ensure meeting deadlinesEnsuring teams achieve their objectives by keeping them focused on their goalsManaging risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommending appropriate solutionsMonitoring team performance and providing management with relevant insights into team performance (i.e., burndown chart, team velocity)
