RAK Bank is hiring performance driven tele-sales officers to sell Motor Insurance to the ever increasing customer base in UAE.

Job Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 1 year of motor insurance telesales experience is mandatory.

Job Description:

• Revenue generation through outbound tele-sales for Motor Insurance.


• Accurately demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer queries (if any) related to product/ benefit/service


• Accurately record customer information/instruction on system


• Ensure customer’s information is always secure and up-to-date


• Ensure the TAT commitments are adhered to at all times


• Handle customer’s service requests for associated products in a professional manner


• Generate leads from customer interactions to create future pipeline


• Help create goodwill and preserve bank’s reputation


• Provide customer’s feedback on our propositions and suggest improvements (if any)


• Adhere to Bank’s code of conduct, privacy and other policies
