Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.Writing job descriptions.Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.Recruiting, testing, interviewing, candidate selection, exit interviews.Perform orientations and update records of new staff.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.Answer employees inquire in any HR topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any complaints or issues that may arise.Creates a Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.Handles Monthly Attendance.Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.Handles Medical Insurance arrangements.
