We are looking for a consultative, collaborative leader to develop and execute growth strategies that prioritize customer success and support long term business and revenue growth for our platform. Part-consultant, part-project manager, you’ll develop and operationalize global go-to-market plans, evaluate new business opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive projects to completion and assess their impact.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility as a Growth Manager will be to generate company growth by attracting and retaining more clients. More specifically, in this role you will:Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROIDesign and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaignsYou'll set up, launch, optimize and efficiently scale all campaigns in paid social (mostly Facebook/Instagram/Google)Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and videoEnsure clear goals for marketing campaigns/programs and track and report on performance versus those goalsDetermine the right audience, right messaging, and right marketing tactics to deliver on campaign/program goalsGenerate the content for use in marketing campaigns, programs, and other initiatives. This includes but is not limited to drafting marketing emails, social media posts, other collateral; writing blog articles; and working with our creative and design teams to identify other assets requiredDevelop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/initiativesIdentify creative, out-of-the-box ideas for marketing campaigns that can improve our efforts across the boardYou'll provide daily reporting on performance and analysis of how to improve
