Job Summary
Responsible for the organization cost plans, monitor and report on the company project cost plans, and monitor cost and collect the cost data to ensure conformity with Management’s budget directives cost tracking, forecasting; and financial reporting. Identifies where costs can potentially be saved and introduce cost control procedures across the company.
Job Responsibilities 1
\[ Ensure resource and activity costing is available monthly for all Projects.
\[ Produce planning and cost deliverables in accordance with the project timetable from engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning data
\[ Delivers a cost and schedule effective, high standard of cost controls services to all internal and external clients
\[ Establishes system and methodology according with the client requirement on cost reporting and forecasting.
\[ Provides overall directions and manage development of the organization cost control system and processes.
\[ Ensure Cost Controls team provides consistent, accurate management and reporting of services and capital cost, schedule and resourcing on project
Job Responsibilities 2
\[ Understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost Management of allocated project(s) and provide feedback during the budget approval process.
\[ Issue suitable direction to subordinate staff to ensure they have a clear idea on what is required.
\[ Directs the compilation of the CCS accounts for every project audit to ensure correct information is passed to site.
\[ Develops a regime of constant monitoring for the information produced by the cost control system
\[ Completes regular reviews of the cost reporting mechanism to ensure that it is robust and to best practice standards.
\[ Reviews Cost Control Managers site visit reports and support with site visits where required. These site visits are to provide feedback and cost control feedback to the site commercial managers and cost control representative at least once a month to verify the progress measurements.
