Job brief Mitcha is looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.In addition to that the accounting & HR leader is responsible for processing payroll and maintaining employee database regarding compensation & benefit.  Main ResponsibilitiesPreparing financial analysis and reports.Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accountsSummarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reportsAssisting with annual audit preparations.Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.Preparing special tax returns.Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, and procedures.Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and paymentsExecute payments to suppliers according to payment terms in addition to supplier reconciliation Performing other accounting duties and supporting staff as required or assigned.Supervise Warehouse & Inventory stock countGather information on hours worked for each employeeCalculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses , KPI assessments …etc. with assistance of a computer systemPrepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecksAdminister statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paperProcess taxes and payment of employee benefitsKeep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
