Our client is now recruiting for an Accountant – F&B and Retail. You will be directly reporting to the Assistant Manager – F&B and Retail

Contract Duration: 7 months

Job Purpose

The Finance Department is responsible for managing all the financial aspects of the event. The department functions include planning organizing, auditing, accounting for and controlling finances, as well as reporting and producing financial statements.

The key responsibilities of the Accountant – F&B and Retail will be to:

• Support the Revenue Team (specifically F&B, Retail and Hospitality revenue streams) in carrying out daily operational activities.

• Assist the Assistant Manager – F&B and Retail with relevant reporting requirements

• Provide assistance to the department with Adhoc requirements and deliverables

Core Accountabilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintaining BP/Customer master data base for F&B, Retail, Hospitality contracts and International Participants

• Royalty Condition Contracts Creation in SAP

• Reconciliation of RIAB POS system with ERP RMS system

• Ensuring that Sales Orders are prepared by end users on a timely manner (for revenue processed through sales order)

• Sales volume monitoring and invoice generation

• Monitoring and management of invoices and account statements

• Monitoring of bank receipts and collection

• Reconciliation of sales/royalty reports and payment settlements

• Recording and posting of receipts in the system

• Sending out receipt vouchers to end users

• Maintenance and monitoring of customer ledgers

• Ensuring payment securities are received as per the agreement and liaising with the Treasury Department for safekeeping (e.g. Post-Dated Cheques)

• Handle full cycle of collections/credit control in liaison with end user and legal departments.

• Maintenance of documents and files related to the Revenue department

• Supporting the Revenue team with all other adhoc reporting requirements and deliverables
