Will pick up and deliver items to owners and residents in a timely and efficient manner. Will have to make shopping runs for owners and residents. Must maintain good hygiene, grooming and appearance.  Must be well spoken and able to communicate in a coherent friendly manner. Will be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and take instructions over the phone. Will provide operational support to other departments within the Soft services Team. Excellent customer service experience with the ability to resolve operational issues.Understanding the corporate culture and ability to deliver within tight periods.Flexibility in working hours and adherence to client instructions related to COVID-19.Following up on client precautions related to COVID-19 and ensure service providers compliance.Should have an eye for detail, should not settle for anything less than the best service delivery.Should be able to monitor and report issues and inconsistencies in overall office appearance and standard.Inform themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Emaar Misr, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Emaar.Must be punctual and have good time management skills, able to multi – task. Will be able to work well with other colleagues and follows instructions well. Have a passion for customer satisfaction.Will need to be able to operate a golf cart and maintain gold cart in good working condition.
