Call Center ( Customer Care )Receiving calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.Handling and responding to customer complaints.Processing tickets and applications requested by the customers.Identifying priority issues and reporting to high-level management.Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.Following up complicated customer calls when required.Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.Other duties as assigned.Note: Accepted Candidates will sign their contract with not outsource company.
