Workshop Manager - Drilling Equipment - Oil & Gas (KSA Nationals Only)

Applicants must be KSA Nationals to be considered for this role.

Work Location: Al Khobar, KSA

Desired Profile:

10+ years experience in Oil & Gas - oilfield or ideally, will come from a mechanical drilling background.

5+ years experience in managing an oil & gas workshop.

Hands on, practical, flexible, self-starter by personality and experience.

Duties to include:
Manage the daily running of the workshop facility (operations and personnel), along with the organisation and distribution of workMonitor and maximise workshop productivityOversees the procurement, delivery, and storage of materialsEnhance workshop processes, create and track Shop Work Order packets.Develop policies to achieve ISO 9001 certification for Shop/Assembly and Quality Control


Full time, staff role.
