Design and implement the Production & Quality policies and procedures to ensure that all products are on a high level of employee satisfaction and as per the company quality standards.Responsible for production of good quality jewelry.Ensure the correct raw materials and packaging materials used for production during production.Meet set production targets.Jewelry production and analyze root cause of all quality malfunctions and provide recommendations to sustain high level of customer satisfactionReview and analyze production efficiency, losses and quality standards and provide corrective actions and recommendations if required.  Establish production manual and quality standards for all products to maintain sustainability and high level of customer satisfaction Prepare production planning schedule for sold items to ensure on time delivery  Analyze production costing and provide recommendations to reduce cost and/or improve operating efficiency of the department with the agreed quality standardsPropose production incentive scheme that will support in enhancing the productivity and efficiency with the agreed production costimprove quality of products perform quality control for all processes of production Check production output according to specificationsMonitor the cleanliness and housekeeping of the production areas.
