Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading diversified group of companies in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Deputy Marketing Manager who will build awareness of the company's retail assets by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and maximize profits.

<br />- Responsible for marketing and social media management of the retail assets
<br />- Develop and implement retail assets' marketing strategy, plan and annual calendar.
<br />- Manage and control  the marketing budget
<br />- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, sponsorships and activations in accordance with the approved marketing plan and budget
<br />- Co-ordinate and prepare marketing service providers' contract with the support of the relevant departments.
<br />- Prepare monthly reports for the management to understand the progress and success
<br />- Co-ordinate all marketing related activities to drive brand awareness, footfall and sales
<br />
<br />Requirements- 5+ years of experience in planning, delivering and measuring marketing skills. 
<br />- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
<br />- Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure.
<br />- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, lead, direct and work under pressure to accomplish overall objectives.
<br />- Confident in interacting with retail partners/tenants, colleagues and internal and external stakeholders
<br />- Excellent communication skills
<br />- Fluent in English and Arabic
