Amazon Turkey Transportation team is looking for a passionate program manager who will be responsible for working with project management, and transportation operations to gather commercial carrier requirements and collaborate with transportation teams to integrate new carriers into the network. As part of this process, you will analyze carrier requirements, develop Amazon technical requirements, and drive scalable solutions. You will also be working alongside development on Amazon Corporate, Business Intelligence and Divisional Software projects to implement new capabilities on our systems.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure. You must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, and work to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

· Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and work with business, technology and product teams to define and deliver solutions to establish standard processes and quality experiences.

· Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior leadership level.

· Be a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Amazon’s customer-centric culture, championing Transportation Ops needs, and using data and technology to anticipate and exceed them.

· Turn in-depth analysis into strategic insight, present these in convincing figures and turn them into action

· Seek out ways to automate and simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity
