Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Sales & CS (focus on Sales Controlling – Real Estate module, Customer Care module, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement).Converts Data and Migrates from legacy systems (on request).Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document End User RequirementsFacilitate workshops to collect business requirements.Map end user business requirements, processes and objectives; develops the necessary modifications, to satisfy those needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP Sales & CS modules.Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Act as liaison with end user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solvesoftware problems.Document functional designs, test cases and results.Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
