Kashier is looking for an extraordinary performance marketer to help drive new user growth through Paid Media Channels. As a member of the Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for helping build and manage campaigns across a variety of digital channels, working with cross functional teams to support Kashier’s core payments business and value added services.  Our passion is to change the world of payments and the Marketing team sits at the heart of achieving our ambitious vision and goals. Plan, execute and analyze the demand generation strategy to meet acquisition and revenue goals including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, social, email, retargeting, affiliate marketing, etc.)Own the B2B conversion funnel, including pre-sales automations for the outbound team, and educational content and promotions for all inbound leads.Define, launch, and measure growth experiments to learn what channels, campaigns, and offers work best.Create content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages.Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI’s.Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importanceCommunicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
