Summary of Role:Provide application, clinical and scientific educational support to customers (Internal and external) through different marketing activities.Obtain the maximum market share using our different capabilities and Increase customer satisfaction.Essential duties and responsibilitiesImplement annual business plan.Implement Ghalioungui’s events and prepare participation activities during (local conferences, Workshops & Seminars).Collect and conduct market surveys to evaluate market trends, brand awareness and competition status.Production of marketing material (rollups, printing, catalogues, gifts).Perform clinical Support to customers.Prepare, update and implement internal and external trainings.Follow up customers complaints.Perform any other related duties as assigned.
