1.  Recruit and manage gaming and managerment live streaming talents, cultivate key talents to continuously create and improve contents in certain categories；2. Coordinate and communicate live streaming related training and events between agencies and operation team；3. Responsible for daily streamer operation and management, build long-term relationships with new and existing streamers; build and maintain a healthy, energetic streaming community;4. Cultivate close connections with streamers for problem-solving in order to provide better local user experience;5. Monitoring live-streaming data and determine content operations directions;6. Other tasks arranged by upper manager.
