- Update the Accounts Receivable sheet according to contracts and project progress, in coordination with sales team
- Follow up on collecting tender materials and documents
- Follow the steps of the Proposing Lifecycle and ensure that all participants adhere to the process and agreed timelines.
- Understanding and maintaining Pricing Structure and P&L sheets, this include cost, gross margin, net margin.
- Assist sales team in preparing and submitting quality proposals on time (Technical/Financial)
- Provide sales team with information required about a client or a partner
- Generate various sales reports from CRM
- Work with the sales team to manage and update customer and partner files and documents, both electronic (CRM) & paper
- Prepare and send sales-related correspondence
- Prepare for meetings at office and take minutes when required
