We are looking for people who are:- Competent in working in a variety of visual styles in 2D, with strong skills across the board from infographics and character animation.- An awareness of the latest design and animation techniques, and a willingness to keep up with the current design trends.- An expert in Adobe CC Including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.- Experience in character and background design is preferred- A strong, diverse showreel showcasing your best animation & motion graphics projects that demonstrates your visual design and visual communication skills.- Excellent graphic design & illustration skills: Typography, iconography, asset creation, character design etc- Experience in taking a project from written concept to style-frames, storyboards and complete animations.- Great visual storytelling skills- Use initiative to manage workload and have a good eye for detail with the ability to problem solve.- Excellent communication skills- Desire to be challenged and open to feedback- Good spoken and written English- Experience in the Children's education sector is preferable but not essential
