·      Implement preventive maintenance schedule system within the budget & local development of spares to modify machine components & equipments.

·      Installation of new machines & commissioning.

·      Ensure fitness of plant & machine to run any new product trial.

·      Plan to execute & arrange the spares for preventive maintenance.

·      Keep & update the maintenance record of all beverage machines for traceability.

·      Complete all kind of activities related to maintenance through Oracle (ERP) system.

·      Co-ordinate with QA department to clear different audits.

·      Coordinate with engineering store to keep reasonable inventory level as backup.

·      Investigation of Customer Complaint and Corrective action.

·      Keep beverage maintenance cost within the budget to achieve FOH/Ton targets.

·      Reduce maintenance cost per pack by taking preventive actions.

·      Increase efficiency of all process plants & other Tetra Pak machines.

·      Involve Engineering in GMP, HACCP & TPM to ensure IFFCO compliances.

·      Meet all internal/external audits requirements on maintenance.

·      Generate policies and procedures as per system Requirements. 

·      Reduce incidents between machine & human by safety awareness.

·      Motivate team building activities to improve morale.

·      Ideas generation & implementation in all maintenance activities at the plant

• Ensure the preventive maintenance is being performed as per recommended intervals.

 

• Ensure (SOP) weekly, monthly & hourly checks are being performed regularly.

 

• Ensure maintenance activities adhered to the production schedules.

 

• Involvement in all projects & other maintenance activities going on at plant

 

• Ensure that all the critical parts (consumables) must be in the stock.

 

• Ordering the spare parts before the target time for planned service.  

 

• Preparing, review and updating the SOP as per the machine manuals to maximize the machine efficiency.

 

• Preparing for the Plant GMP Audit & ensure that standards are maintained through a corrective process.

 

• Prepare & arrange TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) checklists of all the machines

 

• Coordinating through e-mails with Tetra Pak Service Engineers & local suppliers  to update the status of spares & services of machines with production department

 

Ensure before any troubleshooting the safety rules & regulations are being performed
